REFUND POLICY

 

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Polish version of this Refund Policy is the binding one.

 

No right of withdrawal for digital content

 

The shop podklady.rokiczanka.pl sells digital content (music backing tracks in MP3 format) delivered electronically and not recorded on a tangible medium.

 

Under Article 38(13) of the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, a consumer has no right to withdraw from a distance contract in respect of contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, where performance began with the consumer's express consent before the withdrawal period expired and after the consumer was informed that they would lose the right of withdrawal.

 

By placing an order, the Customer consents to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal. Accordingly, returns of purchased Products are not possible.

 

Complaints

 

The above does not exclude the Customer's right to file a complaint. If a purchased file is damaged, incomplete or does not match its description, the Customer may submit a complaint to podklady@rokiczanka.pl, quoting the order number and a description of the problem. Complaints are considered within 14 days. If a complaint is upheld, the Seller supplies a correct file or remedies the defect in a manner agreed with the Customer.
